Important Update - Please Read

As the country is currently in a state of lockdown,  in order to comply with Governments advice to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19  as we understand and to keep our staff and  members safe we will be reducing our face to face services as of the 25^th March.

Our staff will be working from home as practically possible therefore All BACS payments will be processed 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm and you can request a transfer by:

 If you are struggling to pay your loan and wish to speak to our credit control officer please contact us by:

This service will be available between 10am-2pm Monday – Friday.

If you do not have access to a bank account we will have limited CASH services available Wednesday 9am-11am in our RHYL OFFICE ONLY. This service will ONLY be available to those with no other way of accessing there accounts.
